Welcome to Astro Inferno (the “Site”), operated by Astro Inferno / Haxan Studios (“we”, “us”). By accessing the Site or purchasing from our webshop, you agree to these Terms.
1) Using the Site
You may browse and use the Site for personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to:
attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems
scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the Site’s content or services
use the Site to harass, defraud, or violate applicable law
We may restrict access if we reasonably believe the Site is being abused.
2) Webshop orders
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate information and to pay the price shown (including any applicable taxes/shipping). We may refuse or cancel orders in cases such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock/fulfilment limitations. If we cancel an order, we will refund payments made for that order.
3) Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. Your payment may be subject to Stripe’s terms and security checks.
4) Digital content and downloads (if applicable)
If we provide digital products (PDFs, files, downloads), you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use them. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share digital files unless we explicitly say otherwise.
5) Shipping, delivery, and fulfilment
Delivery times are fickle. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control (for example carrier delays, customs processing, force majeure). If something arrives damaged or missing, contact us at support@haxanstudios.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
6) Returns and refunds
Returns/refunds depend on your location and applicable consumer laws. If you believe there is an issue with your order, contact support@haxanstudios.com with your order details. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and aim to resolve issues fairly.
7) Intellectual property
All site content, text, artwork, logos, and game materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission, except where allowed by law.
Astro Inferno is a world full of stolen souls; our work is not.
8) Community and user submissions (if applicable)
If you submit content to us (feedback, messages, community submissions), you confirm you have the right to do so. You grant us permission to use that content for operating and promoting the project (for example, showcasing community submissions), unless you explicitly tell us otherwise.
Do not submit anything unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.
9) Third-party services and links
The Site may link to third-party services (for example Stripe or social platforms). We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or policies. Your use of them is governed by their terms.
10) Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
11) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profits or data) arising from your use of the Site or purchases. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
